BODY SCRUB
A body scrub is a skin care product whose primary function is to remove dead skin cells through exfoliation as well as cleanse the skin and increase the body's blood circulation. Sometimes a body scrub is referred to as a body exfoliant, body gloss or body polish. The exfoliating component needs to be abrasive enough to achieve this but not too strong so as not to damage healthy skin. A scrub works in a few ways: As you massage it over your body, the exfoliating granules help to slough off dead skin, and the rubbing action itself boosts circulation and helps drain your lymph nodes, by increasing blood flow to the skin’s surface.
SAUNA SESSION
As you might know, sweating is a great way to burn calories and rid your body of unwanted toxins. But how do you sweat when you’re injured, or unable to exercise?
I like to sweat in an infrared sauna. Infrared saunas help your body release a number of toxins, including heavy metals like mercury and lead, and environmental chemicals. The benefits don’t stop there. With infrared sauna technology, you can also lose weight, relax, relieve unwanted pain, increase your circulation, and purify your skin.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
is a gentle, rhythmical massage treatment performed by a specially trained lymphatic massage therapist to stimulate the circulation of lymph fluid around the body. This helps to rapidly speed up the removal of wastes and toxins from a sluggish lymphatic system.
POST SURGERY
Postoperative care is the care you receive after a surgical procedure. The type of postoperative care you need depends on the type of surgery you have, as well as your health history. It often includes pain management and wound care. Postoperative care begins immediately after surgery.
ULTRASONIC / CAVITATION
is a relatively new aesthetic treatment using cutting edge technology. It converts fat cells into liquids that are drained by the body’s own natural filtration system. A single body part treatment lasts 20–30 minutes. 48-72 hours must pass between each session for the body to eliminate the fat. Generally most clients start to see a difference in 3 treatments. It's highly recommended to do more.
Ultrasound cavitation causes an emulsification of fat, converting it into a substance that is eliminated through the urinary and lymphatic systems.
